What should I send with my enquiry?

Drawings if you have them, or just room dimensions and a few reference photos. Then: how many units or how many rooms, the finish you want, whether you want Blum or budget hardware, your nearest port, and roughly when you need it on site. That is enough for a quotation. If you are missing half of it, send what you have — we will ask for the rest.

How quickly will someone answer?

Our sales line is reachable around the clock and we come back within four hours of a call. After-sales and spare-part emails to thomas@moyisihome.com are answered within 48 hours. You will deal with one person for the whole order, not a queue.

What can I ask before I commit?

Business licence and registration details, a live video walk-through of the plant, a visit in person, a paid sample, or a third-party inspection before shipment — roughly in that order of cost to you. Minimum order USD 5,000. Samples 2–4 weeks. Production 35–45 days from the day final drawings are approved; sea freight sits on top of that and we confirm it with the forwarder for your port and volume. Published price ranges are here, and the short answers to the other common questions are here.
