What is your minimum order?

USD 5,000 per order. That is an order value, not a unit count, so it can be one large kitchen, a mixed load of cabinetry and wardrobes, or a small batch of units for a display area — whatever adds up to the figure.

How long does an order take?

Moyisi's production is 35–45 days, counted from the day final drawings are approved — not from the day you first enquire. Sea freight is on top of that and depends on your destination port and how much you ship, so we confirm it with the forwarder for each order rather than publishing one number. What does it cost?

We publish our ranges instead of making you ask for them. Kitchen cabinetry runs about USD 50–90 per linear metre FOB in melamine or PVC laminate, USD 80–140 in PET or soft-touch, USD 110–170 in lacquer, and USD 140–200+ in veneer or stainless steel. A whole-house package — kitchen, wardrobes and vanities — runs about USD 10,000–30,000 FOB. Genuine Austrian Blum hardware adds roughly 15% over the range price. See the published price ranges. What are the payment terms?

T/T. A 10% deposit starts the 3D rendering stage. Payment reaches 20% when the 2D drawings and the electrical and plumbing layout drawings are completed, and 50% once all designs are confirmed and signed off, which is when production begins. The remaining 50% is due before shipment. Project orders and single-home orders follow the same structure. There is no separate design fee — the 10% is part of your order.

Is there a warranty, and do you install?

Warranty: cabinetry 3 years, Blum and Higold hardware 10 years. On-site installation by our own team is available as a chargeable service, quoted separately from the goods — we also supply DIY installation guide videos at no charge, if you would rather use your own installer. For a warranty claim we need the contract number, a description of the problem, photographs and a marked-up drawing.

What are the cabinets actually made of?

Carcases in plywood, multi-layer board, MDF or particleboard, chosen against the brief rather than by default. Boards are ENF grade — formaldehyde at or below 0.025 mg/m³ under GB/T 39600, the highest grade in that standard — with E0 and E1 also available, and B1 flame-retardant board on request. Hardware is genuine Austrian Blum, with Higold, a brand of a publicly listed Chinese company, as the budget alternative. Which board suits which job is covered here.

What duty and tax will I pay in Australia or New Zealand?

Into Australia, qualifying cabinetry lines enter at 0% duty under ChAFTA with a certificate of origin, and import GST of 10% applies as normal. Into New Zealand, the same lines are Free under the China–New Zealand FTA against a normal rate of 5%, and New Zealand Customs does not require a certificate of origin — a declaration of origin on our commercial invoice is enough, and we add it at no charge. New Zealand GST is 15%, calculated on goods plus freight, insurance and duty. Neither preference is automatic: if nobody claims it at the border, you pay the normal rate.

How do we start, and how do I check you are a real factory?

Send a brief and drawings, or just room dimensions and reference photos. We quote, you approve shop drawings, we produce, we photograph the order before packing, then balance and shipment. To check us: business licence and registration details, a live video walk-through, a visit in person, a paid sample, or a third-party inspection before shipment — roughly in that order of cost to you.
