This page answers one question: what can you ask us for in the first round, and how do you get each item today?
These are the things buyers ask a cabinet factory for before they place an order, listed in the order they usually ask. Each item has a short answer and one action. We reply within 4 hours. The facts below are the same ones we work to when we quote.
Company at a glance
1. A quotation
Send the floor plan, or the length, width and height of each area, plus a few photos of the style you like. A first quotation normally follows within 2 to 7 days, depending on how complete the drawings are and how many rooms are in scope. The fewer gaps in the drawings, the closer the first number is to the final one.

2. Design and shop drawings
Send your drawings in DWG, PDF or 3D. Our designers prepare the 3D views and the shop drawings, and you approve them before anything is cut. The production clock starts on the day you sign them off, so the time spent on drawings is time you control. Which file formats work best is explained separately.

3. Visit the showroom and the factory
You are welcome to visit. The showroom is at No. 132, Building B, Feipeng Lighting City, Lecong Town, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong, China (Google Maps), two floors of over 500 square metres each, and we take you from the showroom to the factory. 4. Material and construction specification
These are the standard figures. Anything a project needs beyond them is quoted against the drawings.
- Carcass: 18 mm sides and shelves, with a 9 mm or 18 mm back panel
- Doors: 18 mm or 22 mm. Full-height doors are usually made at 2.7 metres
- Drawers: concealed undermount runners or three-section ball-bearing slides. Push-to-open is available on the undermount type
- Edge banding: PUR glue, which cures into a permanent bond and gives a thinner glue line than standard EVA hot-melt
- Board grade: ENF. E0 and E1 available. B1 flame-retardant option for cabinet board
- Stainless steel: SUS304 as standard, raindrop-embossed anti-fingerprint finish. SUS201 and SUS316 on request. Which grade and finish to ask for
5. Lead time
Three separate clocks. A first quotation takes 2 to 7 days. A made-to-order sample cabinet or door takes 2 to 4 weeks. Production takes 35 to 45 days from signed-off drawings, ex-works, and starts on the day you sign off the drawings. Sea freight sits on top of that and is confirmed with the forwarder against your port and volume when we quote. How the goods move after the factory is on the Shipping page.

6. Catalogue and photos
The catalogue is sent on request on WhatsApp. It is published under VSME, our co-brand (VSME × Moyisi). Everything in it is made to order, so read it as a reference for finishes and door styles rather than a list of fixed products. The showroom walk-through is on the Video page.

7. Trade terms and freight
We quote FOB Nansha as standard and can quote other terms once you tell us the destination port. Freight is confirmed with the forwarder against your port and volume at the time of quotation, not read off a table. Which term to ask for, and what each one includes, is set out in EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP.
8. Company name and address
The brand is Moyisi. The legal name is Foshan Moyisi Home Furnishing Co., Ltd., founded in 2008 and based in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan. The showroom address above is where we meet visitors, and the factory visit starts from there. Phone, WhatsApp and email are on Contact us.
9. Hardware
Genuine Austrian Blum is the standard. Higold, the brand of a publicly listed Chinese company, is the budget alternative. Blum and Higold hardware carries a 10-year warranty. Tell us the drawer and door types in your project and we will say which fits.

10. What can go into one order
Kitchens, wardrobes and walk-in closets, bathroom vanities, concealed doors and wall panels are made on the same board line, so they share one finish and one batch. Matching hardware, lighting, curtains and loose furniture can be consolidated into the same order, one purchase order, one container. Flooring, tiles and stone, doors and windows, sanitary ware and switches can be supplied together with your cabinetry order. OEM under your own brand is available. 11. Samples
A pack of material, colour and finish samples is RMB 3,000, deducted from your order. Shipping for the samples is paid by the customer. A made-to-order sample cabinet or door is a separate job and takes 2 to 4 weeks. Why samples come before the design sign-off is explained in material samples before approving the design.

12. Payment, inspection and warranty
Payment runs in four steps: 10% to start the 3D design, a further 10% when the 2D drawings and layouts are ready, a further 30% when you sign off and production starts, and the remaining 50% before shipment. There is no design fee. We run our own inspection before shipment and can send you photos or video of it, and you are welcome to send your own third-party inspector. The warranty is 3 years on the cabinetry and 10 years on Blum and Higold hardware.

13. Packing, shipping and installation
Standard packing with foam, corner protection and reinforced cartons is included in the price. Wooden frames or crates are available at extra cost. Cabinets can ship fully assembled or flat-packed, your choice, and each package is labelled by room and cabinet number. On-site installation by our own team is available as a chargeable service, quoted separately from the goods. If you use a local installer, we provide installation drawings and a guide video. 14. After-sales
If something is wrong after installation, send four things in the first message: your contract number, a description of the problem, photos, and a mark-up on the drawing showing where it is. Customer service is available 24/7 and responds within 4 hours; after-sales email is answered within 48 hours.
