Short answer: a first quotation from us normally follows within 2 to 7 days, depending on how complete the drawings are and how many rooms are in scope. A single kitchen with clear drawings sits at the short end. A whole house with rough sketches sits at the long end.

That is our number, from our family-owned factory in Foshan. Other factories will give you their own, so ask each one the same question before you send anything.

What makes a quote faster

• Drawings with dimensions. Plans or elevations with wall lengths, ceiling height and the positions of windows, doors, plumbing and power points. This is the single biggest factor.
• A clear scope. Which rooms, and which items in each room: kitchen, wardrobes, vanities, TV wall, doors, wall panels.
• Material and finish choices, even rough ones. "Matt white doors, plywood carcass" is enough to price. "Something modern" is not.
• What is and is not included. Countertops, appliances, sinks and installation change the total a lot. Say which ones you want in the price.

What makes a quote slower

• Hand sketches or photos without measurements. We can still quote from them, but we have to make assumptions first and list them, which takes longer.
• Many rooms at once. A whole-house package has more items to lay out and price than one kitchen.
• Open questions on scope. If it is unclear whether doors, panels or countertops are in, the quote waits for the answer or comes back with options.

Is the first quote the final price?

No. The first quote prices what the drawings show. The final price is fixed once the design is complete and signed off, because that is when every size, finish and fitting is confirmed.

What happens after the quote

1. If you go ahead, a 10% deposit starts the 3D rendering stage.
2. We prepare the 3D renderings and 2D drawings for you to review and sign off.
3. Production takes 35–45 days from the day the final drawings are approved.

If you want to see finish samples before deciding, sampling takes 2–4 weeks and runs separately from the quote.

Can I get a price faster than that?

Send complete drawings and a clear room list and the quote lands at the short end of the range. If you only need a first idea of cost before you have drawings, our published price ranges are there for that.

Does it cost anything to get a quote?

No. The first payment is the 10% deposit, and only if you decide to go ahead.

Why does one factory quote in a day and another take a week?

Usually because the fast one priced a standard layout and the slower one priced your drawings. Check what each quote actually includes before comparing totals.
