Short answer: we ship custom cabinets either fully assembled or flat-pack, and you choose. Sea packing is on wooden pallets or in wooden crates, and you choose that too. Which one fits depends mostly on who will install the cabinets at your end.
Both are made to your approved drawings.
Start with your installer. If you have your own cabinet maker or fit-out team, flat-pack is one option, because it takes less container space.
If you would rather have the cabinets ready to place, ask for fully assembled.
You do not have to decide before you ask for a quote. Tell us you want both and send your drawings, and we will quote each.
On wooden pallets or in wooden crates. You can choose either. Tell us which you want when you confirm the order.
Three things: your delivery address, the value of the goods, and the volume of the shipment in cubic metres. The volume comes from the final drawings, so it is known once the design is signed off.
A freight figure needs all three, so we cannot give a reliable one before then. Trade terms are explained in EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP: which price to ask for.
Usually your own installer. We can also send an installation team to your site, and that service is charged separately from the cabinets.
Production takes 35–45 days from the day the final drawings are approved, not counting sea freight. The full sequence is in how an order runs, step by step.
Yes. You are welcome to send your own third-party inspector before shipment. We run our own inspection before shipment and can send you photos or video of it. See third-party inspection and Trade Assurance.
Your drawings and a note that you want flat-pack and fully assembled quoted side by side. See what to send for a quote.
