Short answer: yes. Moyisi works as one project partner for a whole interior order. You place one order with us instead of buying individual items from different suppliers. We manage the process from your initial floor plan through design, production, QC and final delivery.

What are the steps, in order?

1. Floor plan. You send your floor plan. We accept DWG, PDF and 3D drawings. A first quotation normally follows within 2 to 7 days, depending on how complete the drawings are and how many rooms are in scope.
2. Design. A 10% deposit starts the 3D renderings. There is no separate design fee; the 10% is a deposit that counts towards the order. The 2D drawings, with the electrical and plumbing layout drawings, follow.
3. Production. Once you sign off all designs, production begins. Cabinetry production takes 35–45 days from the day the final drawings are approved.
4. QC. We run our own inspection before shipment and can send you photos or video of it. You are welcome to send your own third-party inspector before shipment.
5. Delivery. The order ships fully assembled or flat-pack, as you choose. Standard packing with foam, corner protection and reinforced cartons is included in the price. Wooden frames or crates are available at extra cost.

What can be included in the one order?

Custom cabinetry is the core: kitchens, wardrobes, bathroom vanities and whole-house fitted furniture.

With the cabinetry we can also supply lighting, curtains, rugs, decorative items, and living and dining furniture such as sofas and dining tables. Flooring, tiles and stone, doors and windows, sanitary ware and switches can be supplied together with your cabinetry order.

Who prepares the design?

We have more than 20 professionally trained designers. If you already have drawings from your architect or designer, we work from those and turn them into our production drawings. See which drawing file formats we accept.

When do I pay at each step?

A 10% deposit to start the renderings, a further 10% when the 2D drawings are completed, a further 30% when you sign off and production begins, and the remaining 50% before shipment. The detail is in do Chinese cabinet factories charge a design fee.

How is quality checked before the goods leave?

By our own inspection before shipment, with photos or video on request, and by your own inspector if you send one. See third-party inspection and Trade Assurance.

What happens after the goods arrive?

On-site installation by our own team is available as a chargeable service, quoted separately from the goods.

The warranty is 3 years on the cabinetry and 10 years on Blum and Higold hardware.

How long does sea freight take?

It depends on the destination port and the volume, and is confirmed with the forwarder order by order. The fixed part is cabinetry production: 35–45 days. Trade terms are covered in EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP: which price to ask for, and packing in flat-pack or fully assembled.
