Short answer: we have shipped to more than 30 countries, including India, Australia, Russia, the United States, Thailand and the Philippines. The countries are listed by region below. If you want to check a country, ask us.

Which countries and regions have you shipped orders to?

Does the price include shipping to my country?

It depends on the trade term in your quote. EXW means you collect at the factory. FOB means the goods are loaded on the vessel at the port in China. EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP: which price to ask for explains what each term covers.

How long does an order take to reach my country?

For Australia, the timeline is worked through in custom cabinet lead times from China.

How are the cabinets packed for export?

Standard packing with foam, corner protection and reinforced cartons is included in the price. Wooden frames or crates are available at extra cost. See flat pack or fully assembled: how custom cabinets are shipped.

What does an order look like from start to delivery?

Floor plan, design, production, quality check and delivery. The steps are set out in how an order runs, step by step and one partner from floor plan to delivery.
