Top 10 Whole-House Customization Companies in China (2026)
2026-10-14

Quick answer: China's whole-house customization companies fall into two groups, large dealer-led groups such as OPPEIN (through its OPPOLIA brand) and the Shanghai-listed ZBOM, and export-focused factories that sell to importers, builders and developers. Moyisi, a whole-house cabinetry factory in Foshan, China, is No. 6 on this list and supplies kitchens, wardrobes, bathroom vanities and whole-house fitted furniture in one order.

This list is published by Moyisi, which is No. 6.

How we ranked these companies

Each company on this list sells custom cabinetry for more than one room, and most also list doors, wall panels, windows or loose furniture. That is what "whole-house customization" means in the Chinese industry: one supplier designs and makes the fitted furniture for every room, and some add the rest of the interior.

The list has two groups. Nos. 1–5 are large domestic and dealer-led brands. Nos. 6–10 are export-focused factories. Within each group the order is not a quality ranking, and it is not based on sales figures we cannot check or on our own opinion of each company.

Apart from ZBOM's 2025 revenue and headcount, which are taken from annual-report data compiled by a financial data service, every company figure below is the figure the company publishes on its own website, checked on 14 October 2026. Moyisi's figures are its own published trading terms. Where a company does not state something, the tables say "not found" rather than guess; where its own pages disagree, the entry says so. For cabinet-only factories, see our cabinet manufacturer list for Australia and New Zealand; for wardrobes, the wardrobe and walk-in closet manufacturer list.

How do these ten companies differ?

How you buy from them. Nos. 1–5 sell mainly through dealers, franchisees and developer programmes. OPPOLIA works through dealers, ZBOM routes overseas enquiries as franchisee or project, and Kefan and Landbond Corten are built around stores in China. Nos. 6–10 present themselves as manufacturers selling for export to importers, builders and developers.

How far "whole house" goes. Beyond multi-room cabinetry, the scope varies: doors and wall panels (OPPOLIA, ZBOM, DEB, Kefan, Landbond Corten, KEMEI, Jerome), windows (OPPOLIA, KEMEI, Jerome), upholstery and loose furniture (OPPOLIA, ZBOM, DEB, Kefan, Landbond Corten). Moyisi supplies doors, windows, flooring and furniture together with a Moyisi cabinetry order.

What is published. Six of the ten publish a lead time, but they count it differently: from the deposit (Hanse, AJ Flying), from confirmed drawings and materials (DEB), from approved final drawings to goods ready at the factory (Moyisi, 35–45 days), production to delivery (Landbond Corten), or as an overall average (OPPOLIA). Minimum order and price are where the gap remains: on the pages we checked, Moyisi is the only one of the ten that publishes a minimum order figure and a whole-house price range.

Self-stated numbers. Five entries give different figures for the same thing on their own pages: OPPOLIA's floor area, Hanse's and Jerome's headcounts, AJ Flying's founding year and KEMEI's years in business. ZBOM's site states 5,000 employees against 4,478 in the annual-report data.

Can one supplier really furnish a whole house?

For the fitted furniture, yes: kitchens and wardrobes are what all ten make. Beyond that, it depends on whether the supplier will put the rest in the same order and container.

At Moyisi, custom cabinetry is the core of the order, and the other items listed in its entry above go in with it. The steps from floor plan to delivery are set out in one partner from floor plan to delivery.

Moyisi's payment runs in four steps: a 10% deposit starts the 3D renderings, a further 10% is paid when the 2D drawings and the electrical and plumbing layout drawings are completed, a further 30% when all designs are signed off and production begins, and the remaining 50% before shipment.

Moyisi's cabinetry production takes 35–45 days from approved final drawings. Sea freight to Australia takes a further 21–35 days, so 35–45 + 21–35 = 56–80 days door to door for Australia. For New Zealand, Moyisi quotes 35–45 days of production plus 45–60 days of shipping to the door, so 35–45 + 45–60 = 80–105 days. For other destinations, sea freight is confirmed order by order by port and volume. Each stage is explained in custom cabinet lead times from China, and the price tiers are on the published price ranges page.

How to shortlist in one week

  1. Write the scope down. List every room, and for each room what you want from China: cabinetry only, or cabinetry plus doors, flooring, lighting or furniture.
  2. Pick the channel. Decide whether you want to buy through a dealer of a large brand or direct from a factory.
  3. Ask three questions in writing. Minimum order, production days counted from which date, and payment stages. The lead times above start from different dates, so ask each company which one it uses.
  4. Send the same drawings to two or three. Ask for quotes on the same trade term and the same board and hardware specification. What custom cabinets from China cost shows which lines to compare.
  5. Check the company behind the brand. Match the legal name on the quote to the company you have been talking to, and visit the showroom or factory if you can.
  6. Price the shipping leg separately. Ask for sea freight to your port as its own line.

Frequently asked questions

What does whole-house customization mean in China?

One supplier designs and makes the fitted furniture for every room of a home: kitchen, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, TV units, bookcases and other built-ins. Many also add interior doors and wall panels, and some supply windows, upholstery and loose furniture.

What is the minimum order for a whole house from China?

Almost none of the companies here publish one. Moyisi's minimum order is USD 5,000 per order, and a Moyisi whole-house package of kitchen, wardrobes and bathroom vanities is USD 10,000–30,000 FOB.

How long does a whole-house order from China take?

The published figures run from 15 days to an average of 60 to 90 days, and they start from different points. From Moyisi, cabinetry production is 35–45 days from approved final drawings, and door to door for Australia is 56–80 days. The table above gives each company's own wording. More detail is in the Moyisi FAQ.

Do these companies take a single villa or a small hotel?

Moyisi takes on villa and small hotel projects. OPPOLIA's FAQ suggests a local installer for retail-size orders. For the others, ask directly with your room list; none of them publishes a minimum project size.

To ask Moyisi for a whole-house quotation, send your floor plan and room list through the contact page or on WhatsApp +86 13302428306.
